As for immigration, it will depend on how long he was here. Although his immigration status is unknown at this time, and from reports, nothing confirmed yet by law enforcement that I know of officially, just anonymous sources within ICE or DHS with a very similar name, of when he was back in. If he showed up again in 2018, for instance, that would have nullified your entire theory. At the same time, never mind the five victims from Honduras because they are just collateral damage it appears.

Go look at the previous administration's numbers, a President can greatly affect the numbers and although the border wasn't totally secure it was definitely getting there. No one can lie about the numbers they are God awful after the wall was shut down and the agreement with Mexico was killed by Biden, much less letting 70% who entire stay here instead of being transported back across the border.

Biden policies have lost 80k unaccompanied they've released in America; he's literally funding the cartels sex trafficking of minores ring.
