    They get a cash payout for every citizen who paid into Social Security and Medicare, not just what they put in but for the total benefits they would receive for an average life span.

    If libs think that the red states get too much federal money lets cut the welfare state to zero and let the states fend for themselves.

    I'll bet it is the welfare-addicted lib state which fold under the weight of uncontrolled spending before Texas does.
