    Text messages released on Thursday between US diplomats and a senior Ukrainian aide show how a potential Ukrainian investigation into the 2016 election was linked to a desired meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and US President Donald Trump.

    So, now it's been made clear that the administrations official policy was that Ukraine needed to announce that a WH meeting and approved military aid was DEPENDENT on them announcing an investigation into the Bidens and an old election??

    Is THAT normal?? No, it is not and it will not be accepted...

    Everybody needs to read ALL the text messages, which are linked in the OP article...

Here is the response to this Taylor dude, published in the same CNN article the OP is linking to. But it of course does not fit into the leftist slander and smear pattern so the OP does not quote it. But I do :D

    Sondland responded, "Bill, I believe you are incorrect about President Trump's intentions. The President has been crystal clear no quid pro quo's of any kind. The President is trying to evaluate whether Ukraine is truly going to adopt the transparency and reforms that President Zelensky promised during his campaign."

    Dont forget to mention that Sondland immediately suggests taking the phone conversation off texts so that the last piece of repeatable evidence is someone echoing the trump defense line.

    It clearly contradicts his earlier texts where quid pro quo is obvious. And he said this the day the existence of the whistleblower became public. So what's the obvious explanation of the contradiction?

    Funny how nobody is hammering the reported 8 times Trump mentioned Biden as "Fake News"?

    I think even the wingers have figured out there's more to the phone call than we know today, although I still don't think the aid is specifically mentioned at this time either...
