    I hope none of you still celebrate thanks giving day for it celebrates the massacre of millions of so-called native americans.

    Apparently no one does as none of the threads yesterday celebrated it and I saw no posts that wished anyone a rememberance of the day. I purposely didn't mention it to see if our devout brethren would be in the spirit.
    They weren't.
    As for the history you are exactly right, though in fairness I don't think that is relevant to what people use the day to celebrate.
