The word "currency war" in recent years seems hot, but to really understand the currency war ,only

fews know.The currency wars, as the name suggests, are the wars happened in the exchange rate,

trade and a variety of financial investment level.The winner will achieve by the exchange rate

fluctuation, speculative price fluctuation and other means, through the high throwing bargain

hunting to earn large profits.All of this has no essential difference of the speculation in the

stock ,like importing for the lower,exporting for the higer,and then taking profits,But compared to

the stock market, the usage of various tools become more and even involves natioal supportive ,

including political, economic, financial, military means which were used in the completion of

looting the weaks .Economic bodys in recent years have been strangling most typically including

Japan and various Southeast Asian countries.Among them, the worst is Japan, has been going

downhill for more than 20 years, and are still going down, which can not see the exhaustive.


By saying the currency wars, the importance of world economic pattern is showing out.The general

pattern of the world economy is still following the Brinton Woods system.,which was early reached

after the end of the Second World War .Brinton Woods system established three rules of the game,

which have been the pillars of the recent world economy: the GATT(the general agreement on

Tariffsand trade), the world bank, the international monetary fund. In these three tissues,

American almost have major right to speak, the US dollar certainly becomes quasi world currency.By

speaking more frankly,the Brinton Woods system was only the spoils of the greatest victors of the

second world war,the biggest winners were the United States and the Soviet Union.As Soviet Union at

that time operates a set of communism, in fact the three pillars of the world economic rules of

the game were developed by the USA , and this is the core of the US dollar.The position of the

quasi world currency of the US dollar made the US gain a steady flow of capital accumulation.The

resaon is just really simple,because the foreign currency reserves were all US dollar,then other

countries who wanted to trade by exporting commodities need the exchange of US dollars, American

need only to export US dollars in order to exchange goods.However, in the Brinton Woods system,

apart from the position of the US dollars,there was a point of controlling the flood of paper

money ,that was the gold bullion standard system,which indicated that ,the US dollar is directly

linked to gold, other currencies are pegged to the US dollar,Holders of US dollars according to

the official $35 per ounce can keep to exchamge gold from the US.So for a such rule,the US dollars

couldn't spam.as once the run phenomenon occurs,the US economy are going bankrupt at any time,the

USA whICH couLdn't exchange any gold just acts as a deadbeat bank,the monetary credibility soon

collapsed.Therefore,at that time,the US dollars couldn't be printed casually

However,the pattern itself according to the Western vulgar economics had a fatal logic

contradiction.That was the US dollar as the national currency,a country's currency as the quasi

world currency and the reserve currency of the world would have to keep itself stable,And a

country's currency may be unstable accroding to the overall national economic situation ,the USA

therotically needs maintain its entity economic surplus in order to keep the US dollar

firm.However,as the US dollar is the reserve currency of the world and the world trade settlement

currency, the world also needs the US outputing the US dollar,which inevitably leads to the

deficit.and the deficit will affect the world's confidence to the US dollar, you would sell US

dollars and exchange them for gold.Therefore ,the USA had to maintain strong import and export

under the deficit situation in order to maintain the balance of payments and expenditures.

People live with a life cycle,population agings periodicAlly,the economy will appear the periodic

variation.Then, an economy must appear peak and trough, in the trough,every holders may have

impluse to exchange gold from US dollars,the USA must pay a large amount of gold,which would

furtherly deteriorate American entity economy.This principle acts as the main factor which

affecting the AmErican economy going soon up or soon down,then the cyclical fluctuation of the

Aemercian economy enhanced which emerges the adverse pattern of the overall US economy. Therefore,

the system itself must have strong political and military force as a guarantee.

Even so,once its political or military power declines,the US dollar soon faces e risk of

collapse.This is one of the fundamental reasons why the United States after World War II did not

stop the war,because only wars can further strengthen America's political and military influece

thereby reducing the worldwide countries' desire to sell US dollar.At the same time,as the war

extremely consumes materials,it will stimulate the economy, the US dollar will return to be

strong,Initially, the USA used wars and alliances to achieve the maintenance of the stable status

of the US dollar.For example, after the Second World War,the USA intervened immediately to the

Korean War, although the final basically ended in failure, but this war builds up Japan,Japan

directly becomes the American bridgehead in asia.Moreover,the war made the confrontation between

the West and the East be more intense,this objectively consolidated the United States in the

millitary influence in the West,and eventually consolidated the quasi currency status of the US

dollar,Because after World War II,after several years of post-war recovery and development, to the

early fifty, the United States economy encountered a new bottleneck, intervention in the Korean War

had avoided the problem of quasi world currency.Involvement in the Vietnam War gave different

approaches but equally satisfactory results, from the beginning of the late 50's, the

competitiveness of American economy weakened gradually, the international balance of payments began

to deteriorate, the emergence of a global "dollar surplus" led to the throwing of US dollar in

order to exchange gold,the American gold outflowed.In order to avoid further deterioration, USA

again involved in the Vietnam War, trying to solve the problem by delaying through the war. But the

reality was that the problem wans't be ultimately solved,and USA was into a war mire.In 1971,the

American gold reserves couldn't support the growing flood of the US dollars, the Nixon

administration in August of that year announced to give up the 'gold bullion standard system",and

implented the free floating of the gold and the US dollar.

Now there are two wrong mainstream academic conclusion(western vulgar economics)

First, the United States was forced to abandon the gold standard! This statement is not the nature

,there are two levels:

1 The currecny which behaves as the gold standard will inevitably collapse, because the world

population is growing, the total economic output increases, and the earth's gold is a rare metal,

the growth rate is far below the rate of economic growth,if the standard system is continuing,the

result is a currency shortage which affecting world economic development

2 By the cosideration of the Amercian interest,The end of the gold standard was not a problem,apart

from the end of the quasi world currency status of the US dollar.Moreover,under the American

control of the end of the gold standard, then the US dollar issuance will no longer be contorlled

by gold ,the USA soon can sell the US dollar by currency prices,and then change back into

equivalent goods and gain great benefits.All this will not be controlled by the stock of gold.

Therefore, on the one hand, the United States will delay the action to make this much more

secure,to avoid the loss of the quasi currency status,on the other hand, to accelerate the process,

in order to obtain the power of printing money.Once the pattern is established,the United States

can just be the boss by printing money and invest,and the worldwide workers have to work for

American boss,the United States will firmly sit in the top of the food chain.The United States,

only need to master the politics, military, resources and high-tech(intellectual property)can be

firmly control the world.Therefore, passive is false and active is true.

Second,the conclusion of the collapse of the Brinton Woods system due to the gold standard system

is wrong.The most important rule of the Brinton Wood system,is not the gold standard system,but the

general agreement on Tariffs and trade, the world bank, the International Monetary Fund which

greartly maintain the US dollar standard system,thats' the root of the Brinton Wood system.The

gold standard was only the temporary borrowing medium of the Brinton Wood system.The three pillars

are still firm, how can it be said that the Brinton forest system collapse?My personal opinion,this

conclusion is a big lie.

The US dollar escaped from the gold limit,it can act recklessly,But there is a major problem,that

is although the US dollar obtained the spamming right, there is a fatal flaw,If America cannot

control the world's resources,the depreciation of the US dollar leads to the arise of the world

resources' price which cannot be afforded by the world economy ,economy will inevitably enter into

the trough, so the results are not yet the threatening of the US dollar status ,even USA economy

may appear large turbulence.So, the problem must be solved. To solve this problem, it must be

realized through controlling resources. Especially from 1973 to 1974,the oil crises appeared,this

furtherly enhnaced the determination of the USA to control the world resources.

Thus, the United States through the supporting for Israel in the Middle East war firmly standed by

completely inserted a sword into the Middle East .On the other hand, the United States splited the

forces of Arabia by coercion.the US eventually controlled the oil.the 1990 Gulf War, the war

against Yugoslavia,the war in Afghanistan and the war in Iraq, were all the American layout around

controlling the energy.The countries of the Middle East as the sales of oil and other resource can

obtain large US dollar capital,and the US also provides a huge capital storage pool - the Wall

Street stock market.After entering the US ,These capital consolidated the whole American capital

chain,the USA could use these capital to the world acquisition of resources, enterprises.By

spliting these interests to the capitals,the capital will give a long stay in the American market.

So, the United States printed export currency, and then let the monetary return to the capital

pool,it not only makes the US capitial adequacy.Their economies monetary circulation will not lead

to inflation,plus the large amount of cheap goods,it guaranteed the USA can gain witout doing any

works.Of course,the Wall street's perpetual motion machine launched currency war to the target

country when appropriate,by plundering the countries' wealth.this is the interpretation of the

contents of the following.

Of course, the establishment of complete US dollar clearing transactions requires the essential

commodities trading market.So, all kinds of commodity futures market transactions became more and

more perfect, a set of control resources price system was gradually perfected.The USA basiclly

controlled the international commodity market through capital,thus it can affect the commodity

prices accroding to its needs in order to meet its strategic interest.And the controlling of the

price of resources,it can be used to compress competitors directly.For example,in 2008,it pushed up

the prices of resources to force China to appreciate the RMB and earned from the speculation in

commodity prices ,when Russia launched the war in Georgia,it crazily suppress the price of crude

oil to hit the economy of russia.

However, so far, America is still not completely control the international resources, and in this

process, because of excessive greed leads to Greenspan trying to ironing the American backlog of

huge debt black hole which was led by the so-called economic cycle,and the enormous blackhole are

gradually gobbling up the USA.If the USA eventually declined,it was caused by capitals.Greenspan,

how to be held on the altar will be exactly how to be driven at the bottom of the hell!Now,

American constantly think of ways to try to bring the debt off to the worldwide country, also once

let the world can hardly afford,But so far,the heaviest part of the burden is still hidden under

the United States bubbles,and now around the game of all this, is to throw some of this burden to

developing countries especially like china.

So far,how a currency war runs?

In fact, the logic is not complicated. The main points are as follows three steps (total cycle of

the three steps for decades):

The first step: to transfer the industrial production line to developing countries. To invest in a

country with large labour,drive its industry development,and use its labor dividend.So, the United

States will be able to find a new output US dollar market,output dollars to these developing

countries , at the same time to output US dollars to buy other goods produced by the country.

Thus, USA economy can mainly export dollars to maintain prosperity without having to build those

necessities themselves.But in the relocation of industrial production line,controlling the spread

of high-end technology is necessary in order to avoid the country complete its industrial chain, at

the same time to protect its intellectual property rights and its leading position in the field of

science and technology. In this sense, the United States as a super parasites, constantly looking

for new goals, and then use the target's energy for their own services, when dried the last drop of

blood,it will just abandon the target(imagine, American consumption accounted for GDP of the total

amount of more than 70%, how the other three to be able to support the 70% of consumption ?Those

are exchanged by printing US dollar!)After World War II, realistic examples including,Japan,Asain

guarantees the United States economy running under low cost, The reason is simple, because the

American economy with extremely low cost production of cheap goods .America can maintain the steady

development of its economy with low inflation.But with its industrial upgrade, capital

accumulation, it must have the desire to control more resources,then challenge the core interests

of the USA .At this time the United States start to consider rob to these countries.Of course,

there is another case, i.e., when the U.S. economic excessive consumption resulted in economic

malaise,blood transfusion to the American economy through robbing is inevitable,he war of Japanese

monetary belong to the former, war currency in Asian countries belongs to the latter. And are now

on China is a combination of the two.

The third step: start the currency war, initiated the financial looting .Because America has very

The initial stage of Currency war:America through its control of speculation funds pushes up

rates!After the hiking of interest rate ,the margin between the US appears,the direct result is to

reduce the cost and risk of hot money speculation,but hot money due to reduced cost,risk

gradually enter the situation of without control.

This kind of situation, will make the relevant national academic opinion to urge to increase

interest rates, the central bank tries to control the situation by continously increasing interest

rates,the hiking tools eventually becomes old,with the extrem large margin between the US dollar

economy,As the increasing of currency value suppresses the export, the increasing interest rate

that causes the cost of capital usage increasing domestic enterprises overwhelmed and began to

close down,e whole country's economic enters recession.At this time, inflation has been controlled,

but the economy immediately transferred to the more terrible deflation rather than inflation,
massive unemployment will make the whole society turn into turmoil and chaos.

At this time, the relevant national central banks had to start to cut interest rates sharply to

change all that. At the same time, the United States economy is beginning to recover, the United

States economy has entered a cycle of interest rate, the strong dollar is expected to occur Funds
