Please look at 130 when the budget for Health care taxes INCREASED over 16% from 2011 to 2012's request. From $15,512 billion to $18,029 billion.

ALSO, and this really cracks me up. Look at THE very first Program Summary

IRS states they have 95,425 FTE's for 2011 and request 100,537 FTE's for 2012. An increase of 5,112 FTE's
