Kind of Pot calling kettle black don't you think ? Religious zealots have been engaged in interpolation, additions, omission and edits for millennia in order to make scripture better reflect the dogma of the day. Some call it "Artistic license" .. the more appropriate label is "Pious Fraud".

If you want to call me names that is fine. The mark of the fool is when name calling all the material one presents.

It is not some big secret that the Bible has been changed over the years via - interpolation, edits, deliberate omission and additions. This is not questioned by serious Biblical Scholars.

This is so well established that you can find examples in the Catholic Encyclopedia.

That this simple truth sends you into a tizzy of denial and name calling is telling.

This is your usual line of B.S. Why don't you quote the Catholic Encyclopedia with attribution instead of making unsupported claims?

What is BS is you asking for links when it is you who seldom provides them - and me who almost always provides them.

That you are ignorant of the fact that the Bible contains interpolation, edits, additions, omissions and so, something that is well known and not debated in serious circles - speaks to a lack of knowledge of the subject matter .. and in your case - someone who professes to be a minister - abject denial as this can not be the first time you have heard this claim.

It is not some big secret that the whole books - such as the epistle of Barnabas was removed from the Bible.

It is not some big secret that the Protestant Bible does not contain books that the Catholic Bible does.

The following is straight out of the Catholic Encyclopedia.
    http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/10057a.htm

The author of Matt uses the Gospel of Mark as a source document for his gospel - the fact that the Author uses all of Mark "except" the passages that he finds derogatory to Jesus or the disciples - is an act of omission in an effort to put Jesus in a better light ... aka "artistic license".

Whats wrong ... cat got your tongue ?

Once again it has been proven your knowledge of the Bible is deficient and once again you run to the playground to stick head deep in the sandbox of denial.
