All it takes is one judge in any country in the E.U. to issue an arrest warrant, and you could spend a long time in prison without a jury trial. These people are arrested in their home country on the slightest suspicion, then transferred to another country where they have to deal with terrible living conditions in prison. Bail was denied, for no other reason than that they are a foreigner.
