    But the boat is plastic (fiberglass) and the environmental wackos have a problem with that as the article pointed out.

    Looks like a perfectly good boat to me.

    The boat is in international waters, unmanned. One would think someone could legally man the boat and take legal claim of the boat and tow it some where and fix it up and go sailing.

    But then again, if the boat was insured and the two lesbos were paid off by the insurance company, the insurance company would be the legal owner.

    Agreed. It can only do 27kts and would be lucky to survive 20 foot seas. Not exactly a "blue water" ship even if it has the range to do so.
