    pardon?

this thread is about the concept of a free market, without any govt. regulations. I have spelled out several times why a free market is stupid and will lead to needless deaths and illness.

Because the definition of a free market is one in which prices are set by the forces of supply and demand. If sellers collude to set prices, it's no longer a free market.

Property rights and free speech rights have nothing to do with a free market.

That is indeed how it has been misinterpreted that was certainly - with the possible exception of the last not the intent of the writers and again homosexuality is a behavior not a race. The only behavior that is protected by the constitution is political speech.

    Homosexuality is not a behavior.

The Constitution protects the bearing of firearms, religious practice, peaceful assembly... those are all behaviors.

It was vague enough that states were able to impose poll taxes, literacy tests, etc. to prevent people from voting. It didn't prevent states from imposing segregation laws, travel restrictions etc. on racial minorities.

This forum is about the concept of a free exchange of ideas, without regulations. And where you have spelled your why's out several times, I question your spellchecking skills. Free markets may indeed lead to needless illness and death, the lack of a free market leads to ten times that misery. Would you like that spelled out for you?

Nonsense. Free market is one in which price and quantity are set by the market.

In a totally free market you could still sue for harm to property, and there would be no federal property so anyone impacted by pollution could sue to change behavior. Attorneys and lawsuits are more frightening than regulators.
