The gay attack on religion is dangerous

The special is that government makes man and woman responsible for their action. Their relationship might lead to procreation, which is public issue.
Any issue that has an effect on general public need to be addressed by the government.
That is why we have marriage.

Sure I do: the point is that you're looking at what precedes marriage as if it is marriage.

You claim to be homosexual. I don't need to know any more than that.

I found lots of answers in there, but not to my question.

BTW, personal opinions are not responsive to that question, as no one has any reason to give a damn whether or not you think children are insufficiently mature to consent to sex.

 

The relationship doesn't need governments protection, the union the couple will create does. It's like setting up a business partnership. You're responsible for each other's debt, you're taxed at a different rate, property law, etc. And the government isn't in the marriage business.
