    I have not observed it.
I think today it's all card based, like a credit card. I don't make a habit of staring at people and their credit cards when they make payments.

If it's not illegal, then what abuse you claiming?
And does that make the whole system to be warranted to be dismantled?
What is it that you want done with the welfare system?

You don't have to stare at them. You can tell by the conversation between the clerk and customer.
You don't see anything wrong with using our tax payer money for essentials and then using their own money food and other items that are not good for them which most likely result in them having higher medical bills which we also pay for. The less expensive food is generally the most healthy food.
You made the comment "So you are a fan of welfare. OK. Thx.
Everyone knows the RW are all about welfare.
I am not sure why more don't just admit it like you did."

I informed you of my objections to it.

I see nothing wrong with using money.
If they are not using it illegally then what is wrong with how they use it?

    It seems rather petty.
But what do you want to do about it?
So far it seems you want to end it altogether, just because you don't like how a few people are spending it. It that correct?

Rather than spending my money on junk, they should be spending their own money on healthy food.
    You are making stuff up.

You won't answer what it is you'd like for a solution.

So far, you complain about how some people spend their money and call it abuse.
    And offer no solution.
    OK.

He should be the "Commissar of Appropriate Purchases" and show up at random grocery stores to pronounce some purchases as "icky" or "bad".

Yes, the MAGA, IMO, 91% of the GOP are 2020 election deniers. It's the, IMO, 9% of neocons in the GOP, the Brian Kilmeades on Fox News, for example, who aren't deniers.
