Easy. Liberals and progressives are out of touch and deeply delusional, with a significant proportion of them being profoundly disturbed. Average Americans focus way more on real issues like taxation, the rule of law etc instead of which bathroom you get inside. Average Americans believe in capitalism, because it works for them. Liberals' obsession with the utopian vision that exists nowhere but in their own heads used to be entertaining, then seemingly dangerous, now it's just sad. You rarely can find sane individuals so inebriated in their own fantasy. Wake up, shave, and then get a job. If you teach liberal arts inside a college, go get a real job.
Also we now know that democrats expect the opposition to accept the results of the election but they will not. They made a big deal about Trump not saying that he would accept just any result yet they protest and riot while their leadership covers for them. Such hypocrisy.

Going down being the preferred option for right wing Americans in most situations.
Or ORRR.....they could all leave the country like the said they were going to do if Trump won. We need to ensure we at least don't forget the people who made this promise and keep reminding them that they haven't left.
