The cartels are already here. They not only bring the stuff over the border and distribute, they kidnap kids in Mexico and force them to cultivate MJ in the state parks and national forests in the State. The environmental damage they do is amazing. The Cartels promote gang activity. The Cartels from Mexico treat Americans the same way the British treated the Han Chinese in the 19th century concerning distribution of opium. Your style of humor is an acquired taste. It has to grown on one before it seems to be funny.
