The Jews are the ethnic modern relics of the ancient Babylonians, if Moses' explanation of their roots through Abraham are correct. Moses is our only source. Herodotus says nothing at all about them. Their modern achievements are astounding and certainly out of proportion to their numbers. After centuries of in-fighting with their kinsmen Babylonians, they were subsequently freed by the Persians, who are an Indo-European ethnic group originating out of Aryana, or so Herodotus tells us, as well as that the Europeans are also descendant from the Persians and other Aryans. The Hamitic Arabs are part Egyptian and part Babylonian, if Moses is correct, because so he tells us about Ishmael. These 3 groups interact now in modern times as Europeans, Arabs, and Jews to various extents. As relics of an ancient advanced civilization, it is no big surprise therefore that the Jews have an impressive resume of accomplishments to their credit. Having been driven across the Earth due to their uniqueness and also likely due to jealousy and other cultural rivalries, it is also no big surprise that they largely have chosen to reside in one of two major locations -- the USA and Israel.

One of these was Albert Einstein, who convinced FDR that the atomic bomb was feasible. What if Albert Einstein had remained a loyal German, and convinced Hitler to build the atomic bomb? Allah helps MUSLIMS, and hurts JEWS, see! That's because Muslims PRAY to Allah at least 5 times per day! It's a misprint, because it's probably actually MUSLIMS who have won 29% of the Nobel Prizes since 1950 and the Jews who have only won a tiny handful....unless, well....um, unless Allah isn't real, or, um, unless Mohammad just made up this unverifiable belief system to increase his political, economic (see Qur'an 8:41), and sexual power....like Mormon founder Joseph Smith....hmmmmm....
An interesting point of view Jason, and I thank you for drawing our attention to this. For myself, and as a result of my interaction with Jewish people (who have been important to me while growing up) I am, in many senses, the opposite of anti-Semitic. Leaving the religious aspects aside, I think that Jewish culture is very supportive of education, and the higher aspects of western culture - music, literature, the performing and pictorial arts, etc. and as such, has a positive influence upon any society in which it finds itself. I cannot extend this congratulation to the Jewish (or for that matter - any) religious beliefs. Like every other religion, it is based upon largely self-congratulatory myth and primitive fear of the unknown. To my mind, this does not detract from the value of Jewish culture, which, when allied to a commensurately advanced, and accepting, society, results in the remarkable achievements to which you allude. It must be remembered, though, that there are no Somali, Afghani, or Angolan Jewish Nobel prize winners to date. Without the educational, technological, and sociological facilities the society concerned provides, just being Jewish is no guarantee of achievement.
Correct. That's why you see so relatively few Muslims Nobel Prize winners, on a per-capita basis....it's because when people emulate an uneducated, illiterate, robber-bandit, warlord, morally bankrupt pedophile who lived 14 centuries ago, not surprisingly, they end up with dysfunctional societies. We're seeing that with the pending Egyptian civil war, the Syrian civil war, the Palestinian/Jew debacle (both religions are to blame), the never-ending war in Afghanistan (Hillary and Barack are failing miserably, because they don't understand Islam), Iran's insane race for nukes, the atrocities in Pakistan, etc.
