    What's most important, from my perspective, is that you try to reduce or eliminate all arbitrary stipulations and any part of the process that is arbitrary. I put an arbitrary part in the process I described in the book, but that is the threshold. I put it at 50% when in reality it could be as low as .035%

    What I mean by an arbitrary stipulation is of something is in the algorithm that has no theoretical basis in the major sciences.
