Al Qaeda attacked us for two reasons:

2) An American military presence in Saudi Arabia.

ISIS just hates the West, and they are depraved rapists, mass murderers, and overall filth.

Good post. Don't forget that religion, as per usual, is the big culprit here, as their religion says to fight non-believers "until all worship is for Allah", so there is a huge religious component to the Jihad carried out by Boko/Hamas/CAIR/AQ/ISIS/AlShabaab, etc.

I have no regard for people who want to kill us for being who we are. I care more about the life of a spider crawling on me than I do filthy sub humans who wish to kill us. They are not fellow human beings. They are human malfunctions.

 

Yes, Christians and Muslims think that you and I are such utter scum that their unholy books gleefully rejoice that we deserve nothing (for 99.999999999+% of our total alleged existence) more than brutal, savage, barbaric torture. Oil company personnel tend to be more knowledgeable and accepting of the local culture and not inclined to be reformers or missionaries. .. at least in the American model..

They concentrate on educating the local labor pool to do the jobs they need and leave the rest to evolution.
