Frankly I could care less about religion. I'm an atheist. I do, however, know cultural conformity, within the bounds of individual self expression, is a best practice for social harmony. Law aside I wouldn't expect my wife to go topless on a UAE beach, and I sure as heck don't want my neighbors here ritually slaughtering goats on their back porch. Despite our lack of belief when we went to the Vatican we abided by local custom and dressed modestly according to local custom. Likewise when people come to my home they are expected to adhere to the rules of the house. I consider the country as a larger metaphor of my home. We have certain rules, traditions, customs, and values here and if you are a guest, long term or short, your are expected to observe the house rules. There are some friends and family of mine where you are expected to remove your shoes so as to not rtack dirt through the house. I do so. Some do not share our appreciation of good cigars. We do not light them there. some do not appreciate foul language. So be it. If you come to my home, however, you'll find people who speak bluntly with an Arturo Fuente Anejo, shod in warm shoes. My house. My rules.

That meltingpot is a freaking myth. Heck, interracial marriage was illegal under the apartheid rule / Jim Crow laws in the US. The amount of multi racial Americans is 3%. That meltingpot is only a white European thing. That's why so many people in the US speak spanish. Them Hispanics never integrated. Neither did the Chinese. Your idea doesn't apply to countries like Belgium, where they speak 3 completely different languages. And even when they officially speak the same language,.. Germans in particular, they got their own dialects that their fellow Germans don't understand. They got fast cultural difference still between east and west. The country has a federal structure, just like the US, but where the local government got way more power, with their own constitution even. It really aint that unified as you think.

We have the same treators in my country, and, lots of them are in Paris. They want to welcome migrants, but, they want these migrants in France to stay very far from them (they asked their dear migrants to be send a bit everywhere in France, except in Paris. But they came back there). They're "generous" when it come to use other people's monney, land, and time, to resume... Liberals are destroying Europe. What France needs to do is import more Americans. We all know that Americans love: A - BBQ B - Shooting black people. Rather than shooting big game animals, all that needs to happen is to send plane loads of heavily armed Americans to France. They can then shoot all the black people and Steven Spielberg can make it into a movie. In the same way that many Americans think London seems to be the only city in the UK, do many think that Paris is France? I'm only asking this because the video is of just Paris and I was on the French Riviera this summer and didn't see anything like this in any of the places i visited. Anyway, i still think my idea of getting Americans to shoot black people is a winner.
