Thanks to the forum for this discussion topic... Mr.Speaker, I mean to discuss the political crisis in the United States House of Representatives, as the 2014 election cycle goes, and what are the priorities of the Democratic and Republican parties. There are uncertainties and frustrations with respects to more radical approaches, indeed what is this phenomena of the Tea Party and their influences? This, a lesson from the history books, and what does it signify today? If there is to be any kind of revolutionary discourse in America, that feels like the dangerous path to me, and I am cautious. Now, I am reminded of poetry and the words spoken already by Robert Frost, and Mr.Speaker, I ask this: which route is the way to the moral high ground? ...thank you, I yield back.
Radical approach? The response of the House Republicans is to a President and party that is not acting responsibly and creating an equitable budget for the upcoming year. A near trillion dollar spending bill pushed through Congress by a brief Democrat majority in the first year which was a radical approach that has blown the budget for the next four years because those next four years did not see an established budget so the insane spending of the first year continued at that high level the next following years. There is your radical approach.
