I'm not sure this is the best diet in existence but it does work and it makes sense.

I've tried umpteen diets before and none of them have worked. I did notice that the advice on YouTubes made by Dr. Berg was very good and in desperation bought a subscription.

Right away I learned something new - that when I ate was having as much effect as what I ate. My metabolism dropped when I dieted, so I needed to restrict my eating hours.

And that for millennia, humans had often gone days or even weeks without food, so intermittent fasting is something we are designed to do.

But if you've never done it before it is going to be a big challenge.

That's why the first section of the course contains so many lessons, ranging from 1 minute up to maybe 15 minutes, and in the first section there are 344 of them!

And the priority is to get healthy and then losing surplus fat comes as a result.

You may know a better diet or an easier one, but so far this one is working. In four weeks I've lost 9 pounds and gained a significant amount of energy and my blood pressure is better.

If you have one that works better I would be keen to consider it.

~ There is a "new breed" of medical Doctors who have become disillusioned with standard-of-care medicine — diagnosis and treatment. They have turned to prevention and use diet, lifestyle and exercise. Some have gone back to school in order to study cause and effect.

I've not done diets in my long life, but eat sensible, smaller portions, don't clean the plate that is usually too filled and steer clear of sugars and refined carbs. And a good colon cleanse can do wonders, get rid of years of waste that many carry around. At my last weigh in a doc's I was shocked to see about a 40 lb less bodyweight == the colon cleanse.

And move as much as I can, less as I've been damaged from a nasty surgery but I do what I feel is best.
