You really ought to pay attention, instead of running on autopilot.

That's what Epps does, he isn't advocating anything. His point is that things can't keep going like this without grave consequences.

FDR screwed up when he tried to expand the court. It's actually straightforward if you don't get cute.

Republicans started going to extremes during the Clinton years, again, can't keep doing that without grave consequences. Going from 9 to 11 judges would be just the beginning.

If you treat a political party like a foreign enemy , guess how they will eventually respond.

Take your time, I'm here all week, try the veal...

How did Republican's start going to extremes during the Clinton years?

And yes, everyone agrees that FDR screwed up when he tried to expand SCOTUS. The reasons that Dems want to expand it now are really no different than the reasons that FDR had. Power. Power to overrule those that disagree with them. And Dems are not suggesting going from 9 to 11. They've suggested on expanding it to 15 if they get into power. If they get in power.

And it matters not one iota if Epps is advocating anything. That is what the article posted in the OP is about. Changing SCOTUS.

Then perhaps the Dems need to stop doing everything that they can to be in power. Including allowing the media to continue to spin everything. Trump is not responsible for 200,000 deaths. Trump never called nazi's and white supremacists "very fine people". Trump never called all Mexicans "rapists and murderers". Trump did not conspire with Russians to win the election. And so many other things its absolutely pathetic.

I know people like to harp on Fox and I don't watch them myself, but they've been more balanced than any other media outlet when it comes to Trump. According to a Harvard study Trumps first 100 days Fox reported on him 52% negatively. Where as CNN, NBC, CBS all had over 90%.

I know I went off on a tangent there but how the media covers things is just as important here. Fox is the only conservative leaning major media outlet while the rest are clearly in favor of Democrats. Which means Democrats have a responsibility to also call out the media on this when they are reporting obviously false things or spinning it. But they don't. Because they see Republicans and Trump as the enemy. Of stopping their own agenda's. And quite frankly Republicans SHOULD be stopping them. Because someone needs to. Democrats in their identarian politics have gone off the deep end pandering to individual groups. And only pandering to them when they think it serves them best.
