The UK Exports Chili Peppers?

    600 tons of Naga Viper chilis exported to other countries blows me away. One has to remember that all chilis domesticated 6,000 years ago came from Mexico and have worked their way into cuisine all over the world.

    To me, jalapeƱos are nothing, serranos somewhat serious. But these Brit peppers are supposed to be the hottest in the world.

    I like the flavor of jalapenos but not the flavor of just hot.
