Your claim is because you were unable to find the pictures on the internet by using "advanced search" on Google, that this is proof that the pictures do not exist?

Did you think that, just maybe, the pictures were never uploaded to the internet? After all, posting nude pictures of underage children on the internet is a felony. Could it be possible that these attorneys might be aware of that fact?

I know this may be a difficult concept to absorb, but not everything on this planet is on the internet. Also, not everything one may look for is found by Google....no matter how advanced of a search is use.

 

Let's count the unjustified ones.....

 

As are those who are scheduling them.
As are those who attend them.
As are those who deny they're happening.
As are those who get in front of the cameras announcing them (Hi Al!).

I don't see why this is an issue though. A 17 yo having naked pics of a 15 yo is not a federal case and isn't worth worrying about if you are a trayvon supporter.

So, a couple of observations here - first, there were some who "read into" the OP that I was somehow trying to "support Trayvon" by posting that, and such is not the case. In fact, nothing could be farther from the truth.

Secondly, the best logic I've seen in the responses is the one that says "do you really think they're going to post naked underage pics on the internet? that's a felony!"

And third, no one really got to the meat of the issue. Several people mentioned that "one person testifying under oath is as close as you're going to get".

Well.... not really. One person testifying under oath can easily lie. In fact, three people testifying under oath can easily lie. During the Benghazi hearings, all three of our directors of national intelligence lied to our Congress. I'm not entirely sure which ones of them may have been under oath, but in either case lying to the Congress in an investigation is a crime. So yes, three people can lie under oath and get away with it.

This charge of "naked underage pictures", is about as credible as Harry Reid claiming that Romney "hadn't paid any taxes in ten years". First off, the central issue is Kruidbos' credibility. And, to assess that, you'd have to look at some of the other stuff he said - and you wouldn't have to look very far. In fact, if you were reading about the pictures he supposedly "extracted" from Trayvon's cell phone, then you'd be reading about it on the same page. Which kinda tells me that none of you bothered to check it out. And I very much doubt that it was 'cause y'all are scared of looking at internet porn.

 

The thing is, it doesn't matter if he had pics of naked underaged girls because trayvon was "underaged" too.
The thing is, the person who testified he had observed trayvons phone had pics of underaged girls on there has no obligation to post those pics online as "proof" since that is illegal (and why there is no proof of those picture's existence on Google advance search). Just like how there is no video of Steve Irwin's death online, doesn't mean the video doesn't exist, it just means the people who have that video chose not to upload it to the inet. Op simply wants proof of a negative.

I don't think poorly of poorly of trayvon because he had naked pics of minors because he was a minor. I think poorly of trayvon because he was a criminal, a druggie, a racist, and a homophobe who got caught casing a neighborhood and tried fighting his way out of trouble.

 

I don't think there's anyone that stupid to post Trayvon's pictures of little naked girls. It would be a federal offense to post those photos that carries a 5 to 40 years in prison.

BTW: There was already a link posted on another thread, The judge ruled that Trayvon's pictures of naked underage girls couldn't be introduced in court. So it seems the judge acknowledged that there were images of naked underage girls on Trayvon's cell phone.

Until October, or for those teens who are not considered minors, under Florida law the creation, distribution or possession of images of a minor engaged in a sexually explicit act may be prosecuted under the State’s child pornography laws and if convicted, may serve up to 15 years in jail and be required to register as a sex offender. It should be noted that the new Florida law only applies to nude images and if a minor distributes, possesses or creates an image of a minor engaged in sexual activity then the new law may not apply to them.
