The Obama administration took it upon themselves to come up with a “diversity scale” for every neighborhood in America. They have this in a database. They know exactly which areas to target and can probably tell you exactly how many minorities would need to be placed strategically to change a state permanently.

Your source indicates that only 11% of whites are marrying outside their race. That means 89% are marrying within their race. How does that make me “wrong” when I say that the overwhelming majority of whites are not going outside their race?

And filling out a survey is very different than actually going outside your race for a partner. The former requires only societal pressure to affect, whereas the latter requires a lot more.
