To than claim he aint responsible for anything, while he did accuse Obama for the way he handled the swine flu. So an outbreak is always the fault of the president, unless Donald is the president. When Donald is the president, he gets to say we got everything under controle, until there is no control and than it's they lost control... not we.

If somebody has the virus in a group... and the leader says everybody should mingle instead of keep your distance ... and so most end up being infected,... than most certainly the spread of the virus has to do with what somebody said. That's what Donald managed on a massive scale.

Donald opted to close down states. But he didn't. He also is able to close interstate travel. Individual states can not. And so... he didn't want people travelling from China to the US with the disease in order to not get it spread in the US.
