The U.N. has said its running out of money and it may effect it's ability to deliver mandates. Just exactly HOW slowing global mandates is a bad thing? The U.N. really does nothing for us and paying those 3rd world S#it holes to tell US how to live is downright stupid. The small arms agreement IS against our laws. We don't need a group of 3rd world toilets telling us HOW we should live. We did not make it to living like a world super power by living like Africa, nor will we progress in the future by following Africa. We have NEVER been followers, we are a country of leaders. Africa does not have a flag on the moon nor does ANY Islamic nation. For over 200 years ideas from America have led the world. NATO we kind of need with some changes. The U.N. we could close down and turn into a homeless shelter and SAVE money. Honky
It's long past time to leave the U.N. It's become a ridiculous joke. Kick the lot of them back to Europe where they belong, and tell them they'll have to get along without us.
Well technically it's a dinner table and the US pays for everything. I don't know is that the same thing?
The U.N's failure is tragic, but in reality no political leader was ever or will ever be ready to give up sovereignty to a world foreign entity. National interests still remain supreme, and its up to us to maintain our interests.

Agreed, they are nothing but a bunch of dictators who preside over worthless real estate who impoverish their own people too attract American bleeding hearts. These shiftless scumbag despots hate us but love the billions we give them. We need the UN about as much as we needed Obama. I say it's high time to show them the door. We could turn the headquarters into housing for homeless vets and shower them with those billions in services.
