It makes one wonder if some people are really cut out for living in modern-society. This is borderline animal behavior. I don't know if their parents just did a really bad job of parenting in the crucial years of their development, or whether there's some genetic components going on here. Maybe some individuals are just born without self-control or the ability to get it together.
