Pope Francis at it again - washing and kissing feet of criminals and Muslims. He's done it many times during the last few years. The pope says it is what Christ did to apostles. Yes, this is true but only half-true. While Jesus washed the feet of his disciples, he never kissed their feet. And there is no wonder why - washing of feet symbolizes forgiveness and the cleansing of sin, while kissing someone's feet or butt symbolized something very different - submission and servitude. You can imagine what the average Muslim thinks when he sees the head of the Catholic world kissing Muslim feet. And they would be right to think so. The main "perpetrator" and "traitor" here is the so called Pope, for humiliating Christianity&Christians and submitting to Islam. It's like saying "come and get us". Is it any wonder then that millions of Muslims head for the West with greedy smiles and big eyes? I'm sorry if I offend the Catholics here, but this is intolerable. This pope is a disgrace. In biblical speech "feet" is an euphemism for the gentials. So when the Jesus character washed the Apostles' feet he was actually washing their private parts. Seems you can't distinguish why the humility of christ expressed by his "earthly representative" on the holiest of days is wholly and totally appropriate, so if the average muslim has a brain like yours, I'd have to say that's a big no.
As a Christian, I can say with full confidence and authority that the Pope (any Pope) does not represent me, my beliefs or my spirituality. Well I think one of the major problems within the Catholic church is the vast bizarre clergy. They have a nation state, what on Earth is this iron age lunacy doing in current times? Kissing feet? And you are a head of state. This is nuttier than a squirrel turd.
