I'm only addressing that right. The right of refusal to entry or service.

If the person is stupid enough to declare a reason which happens to be illegal, that's something entirely different. What the owner says while refusing entry isn't relevant - because it will differ with every single case. This is about the buck stopping at private property law.

 

How many ways do you want it explained? It doesn't matter what is 'displayed', or what is theorised, there is currently no evidence of genetic homosexuality. We simply haven't reached that point of knowledge - and likely never will. All we have the capacity to know is that there are neurological changes. We have no way of knowing what caused those changes. Any 'science' you're looking at which muddies or ignores that crucial fact, is bad science.

 

Why oh why is this soooo hard to grasp.

Once again - yes you CAN refuse service or entry on those grounds. Any time you like - all day long - every day ... if that's what you want to do.

The only thing you can't do is tell the person that that's why they're being refused. But that's a completely different matter, and has nothing to do with private property law.

If it’s illegal to discriminate then why does our government provide tax credits for hiring any race of contractor except for white ones? Essentially paying businesses to hire anyone except for white contractors.
