Girls' Education Advocate Malala Yousafzai: A Picture In Humility

Someone give this girl a medal. 15 years old, bravely staring down the Taliban to fight for what's right in equal access for women to education, gets shot by the Taliban, only to recover and go right back to telling the Taliban to go (*)(*)(*)(*) themselves, all while remaining humble and selfless.

This is the kind of person we should look to for inspiration.

Malala Yousafzai - getting better every day - YouTube

The first part of the video is a Sky News report detailing the scheduled reconstructive surgery planned to be carried out on Malala Yousafzai at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, England.

A titanium plate is to be fitted to Malala's skull and a cochlear implant to help her recover hearing in her left ear.

The second part of the video is news footage of Malala set to the music "It's getting better" sung by Cass Elliot.

The video concludes with the following end message from me Peter Dow for my AfPakMission channel video as follows.

    We love Malala.
    We hate the Taliban.
    We are the good people.
    The Taliban are evil.

The good people of Pakistan and all the world wish Malala
    to get better every day.
Our military should kill every Taliban and help the world
    to get better every day.

First the victory prize by wiping out the Taliban.

    Then there will be peace
    and time for peace prizes.
We have a war to win first.

A company that I work with is launching an animated TV series and the first episode we did a year ago even before the Malala incident happened, is focused on girls education and everyone who sees the episode assumes it was inspired by the event when actually the whole episode was competed before this incident. Would be interesting to see the response it gets when it gets on air.

This thread should have more views - we need more people like this in the middle, standing up to the Taliban fascist goons. Enough people like this and they'll eventually see the light and overthrow the Islamist tyrants and bring the Middle East into the 21st century.

I agree, this girl has done more for the American cause in Pakistan and the ME than 100 of our drones could. We need to care for this girl and her family. The media needs to ensure she has visibility. And she should have gotten the Nobel.

Good on her, though she wants to replace one tyranny with another: public schooling paid through theft and threat of imprisonment.

Clearly an improvement though, so meh.

    Indeed.

Maybe these kinds of people need a title or two.

I think 'social justice warrior and feminist' probably work.

I presume the PC right wingers will be OK with that, after all it's only white, western, feminist SJWs they hate.
