Mmmm....1956- and, from what I can see (a) most of those protesting hadn't even been born yet; (b) it's still the subject of a lot of whipped -up fervor in the Arab world; (c) the Communist party in Israel is still getting some propaganda mileage out of it; (d) the Israeli mainstream seems to have moved on quite nicely. How's that go ? The moving hand writes; and-having writ, moves on. Weighed. Weighed in the balance. Found wanting.
