Brady should come forward and admit to cheating. And he should have done this when the story first broke. Unfortunately his big 'sports ego' doesn't call for honesty, as is the case with so many these days in professional sports. Whatever respect I once had for Brady as a player and an athlete has been replaced with distrust and disgust. That wouldn't be the case had he stepped up as man should and take responsibility for his actions. And I can't say much else for the Patriots organization as a whole. Especially Bill Belicheck. While there may not be substantial proof or evidence, there is much suspicions and allegations of cheating on his watch.

The court just ruled that the commissioner can do anything for any reason. There's no proof Brady did anything wrong.

As the court said "It's probable that he might have known something. The best example is to look at what Greg Hardy did vs. what Brady "may have done". Both earned 4 game suspensions. One for beating his woman, one for maybe or maybe not knowing something about some air in a ball somewhere.

Idk, I just feel bad for any team Brady plays after the 4 games are up. He'll still throw over 50 TDs :)

Let's go pats! Jimmy G time to step up! I look forward to the Super Bowl this year!!!!

I will put some money on that. But co e on you really want us to believe that the ball handlers let the air out all on there own with Brady out of the loop. Concrete evidence no but common sense evidence yes.

You never know, Garoppolo could pullt a "Brady" on Brady lol. History does tend to repeat itself. I would like to see how lil Jimmy performs after learning under Brady.

And if anything this could be a blessing in disguise for Brady since he is on up there in age and will be able to assert more energy on a shorter season. The only thing thing that is really hurting Brady, which I doubt he cares very much about, is making his way up the rankings as far as career leaders i.e. yards, td's, etc. etc. . But with 4 Super Bowl wins, 3 SB MVP's and other awards to boot he is obviously a lock anyways for the HOF, first ballot no doubt.

Yea that would be pretty incredible to see Jimmy G pull a Brady lol. However, I'd still love to watch Brady until he retires. He's definitely still got another Super Bowl or two left in him.

It is not a court of law. He was suspended at his job. The courts ruled that is boss is get this, the boss. If your boost thongs you have a bad attitude and passes you up for a promotion that is the way it is. If your boss thinks you cheated and made the company look bad and suspends you so be it.

The writing was on the wall when Brady coached Jastremski to deny, deny, deny; and not to buckle under pressure. The poor guy was just doing Brady's and McNally's dirty work. Now that the suspension is reinstated it will be interesting to see Brady's next move if the punishment isn't lifted a second time. I could see him walking away from the game. He has his rings.

So do you agree that Tom Brady who may or may not have done something, should be punished the exact same amount as a man that beat (*)(*)(*)(*) out of his girlfriend?

Brady has smallish hands, in cold weather it's harder to grip the ball so Brady "suggested" to the equipment guys to lower the pressure some more after the refs measured it.

I don't thnk that alone made the difference in an otherwise lop-sided playoff game but as the Patriots were caught cheating in an unrelated case, it appears the team culture has no problem with it.

Brady is protecting his legacy so he's fighting this and forcing the NFL to look like the bad guys.

Anyone with an ounce of common sense knows Brady told the equipment guys to lower the pressure.

Is it the worst possible offense to be guility of?

    No.

Did it matter in the final outcome, the pressure of the ball was slightly lower than the regs allow?

    No.

However he should own it, but that will never happen.

The organization will always be suspect, it's built in to the team culture to win at any cost.

Are they the first team to ever bend the rules. No...but knowing full well once you get caught you're going to be suspect from that point on.

What's odd is, they are a successful franchise and can win without taking shortcuts and violating rules.

I think this lack of ethics starts at ownership...look no further than Robert Kraft.

A man that beats his girlfriend should be put in jail. You have a problem with that suspension talk to the man who gave it out. Personally I would have suspended them both for life. One a man who hit his girlfriend on his own time is a terrible person. But Brady on NFL time in games cheated, in many ways I find that worse. You can have a bad attitude off the field but bring it on the field and it most definitely becomes the business of the NFL heads. I really find it so interesting that you are so passionate defending g this cheater, you must be going nuts defending Hillary.

six games? what you talking about? try the ENTIRE year. I laughed so hard when i heard about this because they were saying that it is very highly unlikely they will reverse the ruling this time.lol the punishment is a joke though,a mere four game suspension and a first round draft pick? a mere slap on the wrist, means nothing to the cheats.

he should be suspended the entire year, the coach should be kicked out of football and the owner should be barred from the NFL.

I always said that it wasnt a factor in the Colts playoff win however it WAS a factor in the ravens playoff win when it was a close game, therefore they should be barred the superbowl trophy as well as all their superbowl trophys they have won and their two AFC championship trophys. Kraft and the patriots are like politicians in washington where they get away with crimes everyday we go to jail for, same with them, they get away with scandal after scandal. If another team like cleveland did this, their owner would lose ownership of the team but Goodel has his head up Krafts arse so he gets away with scandal after scandal.the NFL is so corrupt and Goodel is the worst NFL commissioner ever, bar none.
