The court is being lenient in allowing the fraud more time and a lower bond.

The $464 million judgment -- plus interest -- against the sexual abuser and the other defendants still stands.

The court is doing the case a favor, because as is it's unconstitutional.

The charges had been filed prior to Trump's announcing his candidacy. Criminals do not have charges against them dismissed by declaring their candidacies for political offices.

No court has ruled that penalizing frauds is unconstitutional, of course.

I’m voting for Trump because of this case and many more that were targeted at him only because he’s a political rival of their party.

I and anyone with any sense at all knows that there is a reason they solely targeted him although there are many more businesses that use these same tactics he was charged with. They didn’t go after the crime they went after the person. If they were going after the crime they would have went after more and looked at more businesses. The DA literally ran on going after Trump and not the crime.

I truly hope Trump wins and uses his power in the same way these pukes did.

It's hard to follow your posts, much less tRaitor tRump. Didn't you just post that he had the $450m? And why did he need an extension, if he had the funds? It will be interesting to see if he can come up with the $175m ... oh wait! According to you he already has it?

Trump Gets MAJOR Victory in Phoney Fraud Case

An Appeals Court looked over insane fane from the crazed anti-Trump judge that looks like someone who just crawled out under a rock and cut it by 2/3rds. Judge Arthur Engoron and New York Attorney General Letitia James mow stand before the world, pantsed.

He could use a good teeth brushing.

'Judge Engoron has refused to obey the decision of the Appellate Division relative to the Statute of Limitations. '

The judge fancies himself a rebel.

'Judge Engoron and Letitia James should be forced to explain why he ruled that Mar-a-Lago was worth $18,000,000 when, in fact, it is worth from 50 to 100 times that amount.'

Democrats feared that the Republican Party might liberate itself from the RINOs of Trumpery.

Republicans might have nominated a viable, rational conservative with far better odds of defeating the President that the Cry Baby Loser/Sexual Abuser with his cult following.
The former schlock-tv performer has never enjoyed the support of most Americans.

Surprisingly, the Loser's being shown to not be above the law is only significant for his worshipers who would vote for him even if he shot someone in the middle of Fifth Avenue. Their devotion is impervious to reality.

Wait!?! Were you not voting for him before?

It’s fascinating that y’all believe someone committing fraud will bring more people to vote for him is fascinating though.

Hopefully this can move through the appeals process now and we can get it out of the way. Y’all will still be upset no matter how the appeals court rules.

All of the excuses I've seen so far involving this case have come from the right.

No, it’s no secret I am no fan of Trump or Biden. this is the tie breaker. When government starts leveraging law at its opponents I will support the guy who is the target.

    Trump it is.

Just to correct some misinformation and fake news presented in this thread.
    1. The $464 million included interest. The actual judgment was in the $300M range.
    2. No charges were filed as there was no victim. The alleged victim would have been the banks, but they all told the AG that they weren't defrauded and continue to do business with Trump. That's why they used the perjurer, Cohen, as their prime witness, who admitted to even more perjury while on the witness stand during these hearings. This was a civil matter, not a criminal one. However, Cohen, the actual convicted criminal during these hearings, tried to have his probation removed for cooperating with the state's prosecution of Trump. But the judge denied him, citing his additional perjury during these hearings. The AG has not charged Cohen for the additional perjury that came out during these hearings.

On Friday Trump had $500M. What happened to it? Why did the amount have to be lowered?

    lol. Sure.

Like I said, if trump committing fraud was all you needed then you should definitely vote for him (again, don’t forget the trump family and trump organization has lost numerous cases for fraud including doing this same thing as well as defrauding charities prior to his election)
