" And then please show me where it says this word for word in the constitution. including phrases such "as returning the favor of s full blown felon"

    nah i think it was his dog...not him...he never took it seriously...he has a good chance of getting that charge overturned on appeal

    Nope legally if you threaten a witness and we have solid proof of it the very act itself it is witness tampering. . Again crude Trumpian logic. And we're letting this trashcan president run the country.

    It was a process crime. I'm not a fan of jail time for most non violent crimes. Aside from that Stone didn't get a fair trial and his request for a new one was denied.
