    Self injections bad idea? The GOP is distancing itself everyday from the crazy man in the WH. More rats sound the alarm, the SS Trump is sinking;

    President Trump is facing backlash for this coronavirus response, including his public remarks at a White House press briefing that suggested humans inject themselves with toxic chemicals as a cure. Former George W. Bush Speechwriter David Frum issues a warning, that Trump is “weak,” and is “headed toward an historic political defeat – one that will likely take the Republican Senate down with him.” In an interview with MSNBC’s Ari Melber, Frum implores Trump’s aides and staff to “use their power to prevent him from doing harm.”

    Biden needs to pick a STRONG V.P. candidate to run with him, as I personally do not think he will live through his first term.

    Way too early to be predicting winners. So much can happen over the next few months.

    So maybe he was Jeb's speech writer too?

    Will LW-Complex EVER get tired of the "we found a 'Republican' who doesn't like Trump to quote...again" canard? Apparently not.

    Remember the "But Comey and Mueller are REGISTERED REPUBLICANS?"

    Do you lot think it convinces anyone or fools people? Apparently so the extent you parrot it.

    Elections are always a sort of idiot count. If CNN/MSNBC can convince enough fools that Trump either invented, invited, or could have stopped the virus, they may vote for any donkey the dems throw out there.
    If our IQ remains strong and people gain some sense of unity due to living through a crisis and cooperating, then Trump is a still a shoo-in.

    It would take an idiot to blame Trumps for the virus- but we are already seeing some peddling that line.
    If one thinks the future looks tough coming out of this, and because of that Trump gets replaced- the age of ultimate stupidity and incompetence will be upon us.

    Yes but he says stupid things. Trump is not the sharpest tool in the shed with respect to some things - he is sharp in other areas but, each person has strengths - and weaknesses.

    I don't think the average voter is going to vote on the basis of "Corona" - how it was handled - as it was handled as best as our team was able to do at the time - Trump having little to do with the operation of the machine - but if he keeps saying stupid things - and for no good reason - they may vote on the basis of bafoonery.

    This is going to be a tough election for Red to win - the demographic time bomb will be a big factor.
