If you can't arrest illegal aliens, how can you arrest anyone for breaking any other law?, that has to be BS or we will have a Banana Republic on our hands, and no one wants that, especially the wall street robber barons.

if no one is allowed to actually enforce America’s existing immigration laws, #1 - why is it called "illegal" immigration? and #2 - why are we paying for border crossings, immigration processing, visa's and passports then?

The ACLU referenced a number of issues including creating a deportation force that would allegedly deport 11 million illegal aliens. So you might start by reading the link.

The immigration problem isn't even a problem - we have had net negative immigration from Mexico since the Republicans nearly destroyed the economy and the financial systems nearly crashed. But it is a problem that we don't provide work visas.

There was one town in the Midwest that made it illegal to rent to anyone who wasn't a citizen. They succeeded and ran all of the illegals out of town. The next thing that happened was the farmers went bankrupt because they had no one to pick the crops. The fact is, big business is what drives the illegal immigration problem. This has been a problem created by Republicans all along. That is why we never see a credible policy - it would mean the end of cheap labor for big farms and other industries.

Who is Trump going to hire to clean his rooms? He will do what he always does. He will import cheap labor and probably from Mexico

Of course, he is already backing down on this promise. SUCKERS! LOL!!!

You can't sue a sitting President, it is a protection in place to prevent a lame Duck Presidency from a barrage of frivolous time consuming Law suits.

It's not rocket science, it all basically comes down to, is it illegal to sneak into the United States like a rat or not?. the classification called illegal immigration pretty much tells you the answer.

That's weird? So your saying The immigration problem isn't even a problem, so somehow that makes "illegal immigration" legal, WOW, that's like building on the undocumented alien Bull(*)(*)(*)(*) talking point, but only on steroids.

I don't know about that backing down from upholding the law part, but then again I can't blame you for wishful thinking, just like the pro death, pro abortion crowd, sooner or later the bill will come due. elections have consequences and the electorate has spoken.

True that's why Trump is trying to get the Trump University suit postponed until after he is inaugurated.. The judge suggested he settle.

Did Trump forget about this, or what?

my point is if something is illegal, it's illegal, whether Joe blow, this or that, I'm sure some States are pressed for cell space, so what then, should we let some bank robbers and other scum just walk?, that's ridiculous. to be honest all business should comply with the minimum wage anyway. go look at the price of cereal, think those company's give a (*)(*)(*)(*) about farmers?, these prices are as high as the market will bare already. instaed of the (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) CEO making 50 mill a year, let him suck it up, and make 25mil instead.

Excellent news, this is exactly how the system of checks and balances is expected to work. This is exactly why Trump is not nearly as scary as he appears to be to an unprepared and feeble liberal mind. His policies and views are good for America but if he goes overboard, the system of checks and balances will stop him in his tracks.

PS that's not to say that Trump is in violation of Immigration law, suing and winning a lawsuit are two entirely different things.

You have been diagnosed with cancer (illegal immigration) and your only hope is chemotherapy (deportation). Granted, I even think tearing families apart is a tough pill to swallow, but if the people who immigrated don't have respect for our laws, we really don't want them. If I decide to break federal law, yeah my family is going to feel the pain of my actions. That is what happens when you disrespect law.

Obviously not and that is easily explained ...Very often their programming goes haywire and the responses are retrieved from whichever archive is still up and running after they were short-circuited.

that type of thought, is a part of why Trump won the election, and the R'S control both houses, and most of the States, rob a bank and see how much the court cares about your kids, as you're shipped off to prison for decades, and we're not even talking about illegals being locked up, just deported back to where the hell they came from, and about those jobs you lib's like to spout nobody wants to do, last time I checked Mexico has farms, hotels and resorts as well.

Is it really tearing families apart when illegal parents choose to leave their children in America, when they return to Mexico or Central America?

Not to mention?, according to that wacked out logic isn't sentencing a bank robber to decades in prison tearing a family apart as well?, personally I think illegals should be locked up for felony trespassing, and then freaking deported. or just make them all legal, close those useless border crossings drop passports, visas and just rename our Country the United States of Mexico, or the world for that matter. nobody's swallowing any tough pills, over deporting illegal aliens, that's like a drunk person deciding to drive. anything happens, it's on them.
