    Goes on to further read…

It seems Trump truly believes he was attacked and if this Obama appointed judge really did recuse himself on one case for bias against Trump then why not this one? And would it be any wonder why the DOJ chose a judge that did display bias against him to achieve a warrant they knew would be hard to get?

There is too much that stinks of democrat fascism to ignore. Why wouldn’t there be an independent review in this case and why wouldn’t a democrat appointed DA (Garland) recuse himself from such a political move? This would be much better handled by a special council, and more trusted if handled in that manner.

Would this be an "independent" review like the Cyber Ninjas?

"...taking all actions necessary to get the documents back, which we would have given to them without the necessity of the despicable raid of my home, so that I can give them to the National Archives until they are required for the future Donald J. Trump Presidential Library and Museum."

Any independent review would be better than a democrat led fascist attack against a political adversary. Where’s the checks and balances? Democrat appointed DA, democrat president, democrat appointed judge. This is pure politics

I did the research you could have done yourself.

The 'why' could have been for any number of reasons not just a possible perceived bias against Humpty. It might have been a pro Clinton possible perceived bias.

Your OP is opportunistic hysteria...possibly deliberate.

    So what?
He thinks that some documents that were removed might be privileged or otherwise fall outside the scope of the warrant. That’s entirely possible and doesn’t mean there was any misconduct.

The FBI didn’t have time to review every page. I would have no problem with an independent person reviewing those documents, and giving each side the right to challenge his or her findings about each document.

Took him two weeks to be worried about a special master to oversee? lol

''The lawyers also noted that the Justice Department had told them that a so-called filter team of federal agents was already working to separate potentially privileged items from the seized materials. Indeed, one of Mr. Trump’s spokesmen recently released an email indicating that the filter team had discovered Mr. Trump’s passports among the papers that were taken from Mar-a-Lago and quickly returned them.

The lawyers complained, however, that a special master was nonetheless needed to oversee the work of the team, especially because its leader “is a deputy to the lead prosecutor in this matter.”

So if the judge was biased for support for Hillary in a case against Trump that doesn’t put him against Trumps interests? You can’t be for real!

Not sure your reference but basically what happens is that the docs are turned over to someone in the DOJ who is separate from the ones involved in the investigation. They review each document to see if it is relevant to the investigation. They then create 3 piles: A yes pile, a no pile, and a Judge is gonna have to decide pile.

Why can't the FBI decide what is relevant and what isn't?

This is a check on the FBI's execution of the search. Plus, there are some aspects to that warrant in this case that make oversight almost compulsory because they were allowed to take any papers that were stored with the classified stuff. They need someone to make sure that confidential and privileged medical records, legal correspondence, etc did not get vacuumed up because they were in the same room or safe or closet or storage container. If they were, they need to be returned and not turned over to the prosecutors in the case.

Yes, but why can't the FBI do that? Either you trust the FBI or you don't.

Do you have the slightest idea of what perceived bias means?

I believe that humans make mistakes. It is not as simple as trust or don't trust.

I accept that. Well, I trust that if the FBI makes mistakes they will self-correct. Not that that was necessarily a mistake, but, for example, Trump's passport were returned without fuss - except for that created by the orange God himself.
