Taxes, fees. A fee is a rax. In California the state legislature or the voters need 2/3 of the votes to raise taxes. When Democrats can't come up with 2/3 of the votes they call the trax a fee where they only need a simple majority of the votes for passage. Basically Democrats in California tax every thing under the sun by calling them fees. They even tax cow farts in California and the California dairy industry are leaving California today.

It's my opinion, not a fact and many concur if President Obama hadn't put so many regulations and restrictions on businesses, manufacturing, etc there would have been a full recovery of the economy under the Obama administration.

The same was true under FDR where there was no full recovery after the "Great Depression" of the economy until some liberal in Germany came around. (Adolf Hitler)

FDR's NRA (NOT the National Rifle Association but the National Recovery Administration) that put so many restrictions and regulations on the private sector, small business and manufacturing that there was no full recovery of the economy until America went to war.
FDR's regulations went as far as telling barbers that they couldn't charge more than .25 cents for a haircut.

FDR's CCC built fire breaks, hiking trails and bridges to nowhere while Hitler built the autobahn to get Germany's economy humming again.

You have to give President Obama credit when credit is due.
One industry did extremely well under the eight years of the Obama administration, the guns and ammunition industry in America. Under Obama more gun were sold in the private sector than any time in America's history making Barack Obama the best gunsaleman in history.

Obama was a very successful international gun trafficker, arming the drug cartels (Fast and Furious) and arming Al Qaeda and ISIS in the Middle East.
