Trump Job Approval Jumps to 53% – Seven Points Higher Than Obama

    President Trump’s job approval ratings currently sits at a robust 53 percent, a full seven points higher than Barack Obama at this same point his presidency.

    On April 9, 2011, a little over two years into his first term, 46 percent of those polled by Rasmussen approved of the job Obama was doing, compared to 53 percent who disapproved. That put Barry upside down by seven points.

    Trump has largely reduced the Obama Presidency, and more Americans are supporting him compared to Obama.

    Keep in mind this is with the media working against Trump, while they were clearly in Obama's favor.

    Trump is different from Obama in that he bypasses the media to communicate with Americans, and he actually delivers on his promises.

    Obama, however, continues to set records in mediocrity.

    There is a reason there aren't any democrats on Mt. Rushmore.

    Barack Obama refers to himself a record-breaking 392 times in Berlin speech
    ...“You know, I was — I was a pretty busy guy. I’ve got to say. But I worked out every morning. I mean, I was pretty religious about it. I was in the gym,” were just a handful of the 392 references to himself by Obama in the speech according to Grabien News.

    Well they didn't ask me...I think Trump is probably the worst person in all of American politics ever.

    The funny thing about the suggestion that the media is against Trump and was pro-Obama, yet Trump is supposedly doing great and is more popular....well all that proves is that whining about "fake news" is apparently just more bull.

    The whole gym/fitness thing may be the only area where Crowned Prince Hopeandchange out-performed Trump. Just sayin'.

    Trump is above 50% despite the 90% of negative coverage
    just imagine what his poll number would be if the fake news liberal media gave him the Obama treatment and gave him majority positive news

    Rassmussen is a substantial outlier.

    Most polls (perhaps all other polls) show Trump approval below 50%...and his disapproval ratings above 50%.

    You mean from the polling companies that donated heavily to the DNC back in 2016 but almost not at all to the RNC? Yes, one wonders why they present the results they present. But, remember it's going to be Hillary by a landslide!

    I think you misunderstand.

    Trump is maintaining his popularity in spite of mainstream media coverage which is so continuously negative that it's bordering on brainwashing. Just imagine if the media was showing Trump the love like they did to Obama, how much more popular he would be.

    That is the point ;)

    Of course. Trumpers threw decency and honor into the toilet. As trump himself said, he could shoot someone on 5th Ave and his supporters wouldn't care. He's right. It has nothing to do with mainstream coverage or not. It is about choosing evil over American values.

    Your own demigod says you don't care if he's a murderer. And I have no doubt that to a large extent, he's right. So I actually agree with trump on something.

    Considering that Trump is swimming upstream against an onslaught of non-stop negative mainstream media coverage, spin, lies, and leftist propaganda, I'd say even the worst of those numbers are still impressive.

    I guess the left needs to work even harder on their "Bash Trump" mainstream media campaign ;)
