After all the time you have spent on this forum I would think you had a basic understanding about how government does things. FICA taxes have never been used specifically to pay for SS. They go into the general fund. SS is paid from the general fund just like employee salaries. This tax cut, like all tax cuts would simply move spending from revenue to debt.

Inflation is a function of money supply. Increasing the money supply in the marketplace is a major felony. Tell me, how do you think inflation is created in the marketplace?
