The legal losses came as Mr. Biden was declared the victor in Georgia and a day after an agency in the president’s own Department of Homeland Security flatly contradicted him by declaring that the election “was the most secure in American history” and that “there is no evidence” any voting systems malfunctioned.”

Trump refuses to concede even though most of his legal remedies to overturn the election have run out. But out of spite and anger Trump will do anything to damage democracy in America. His hope is for a consolation prize that he can sew confusion and doubt about the election even after he has lost. He could care less about democracy in the U.S.

That has not happened," Brann added. "Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence."

As expected, it is all a lot of hot air, not worthy of the court's time.
