    https://edition.cnn.com/2020/10/08/politics/second-presidential-debate-virtual/index.html

President Donald Trumpsaid Thursday that he will not participate in the second presidential debate with Joe Biden after the Commission on Presidential Debates said the event will be held virtually in the wake of the President's positive coronavirus diagnosis.”

The Coward in Chief shows his true colors. Yellow, in this case. After months of speculation by Trumpsters that Biden wouldn’t show up to the debates, it is Dirty Donny Bonespurs who backs out. A real man and real leader would relish the opportunity to lay out his vision for the future of the country, but he has none. And he knows that in a forum in which he wouldn’t be able to interrupt and disrupt, he will look weak.

What a sad excuse for a POTUS.

Good. Let the coward self-isolate in the White House bathroom while a real American talks to the people.

Great! We’re tired of listening to him spew out the same old slogans and catchphrases.

They should just threaten to give Biden 90 minutes of uninterrupted airtime. See if that draws Donnie out of hiding.

President Trump must have been the "fly in the hair" and heard the question regarding Covid. He is concerned he will be confronted about his poor and irresponsible choices regarding the Covid-19 issues

It's as blatant as it gets. The debate commission unilaterally decided to turn the next debate into a virtual debate so that sad sack Joe Biden -- who this week just BARELY got through his own rigged Townhall debate format -- will be able to read from a teleprompter operated by political experts in reply from Trump's genuine off the cuff participation. Naturally Trump said hell no, and for the commission to get back to him when they actually decide to be both fair and balanced rather than blatantly performing political work for the Democratic National Committee.

Jesus these people really struggle with facts...

I womder if this one is also embezzling from the campaign?

That said, I am not surprised that trump is scared to do another debate with the last one shaving off around 2% as per most polls. (He ‘won’ the election with less margin than that). Give Biden 90 minutes of free national airtime.

So we have a President that is suffering from a virus that has killed over two hundred thousand people...and he's demanding an in person debate?

    That makes sense to you?

The truth is he knows that if it's remote...they'll be able to cut his mike WHEN (not if) he tries to talk over his opponent.

That's all he can do. In any normal debate he'd get crushed

Trump won that debate and after Biden just barely made it through this week's fake Townhall debate where plants were given the questions that Biden already had the answers to, his handlers -- via the debate commission -- decided not to risk having Biden exposed as 'Dementia Joe' a second time.

“I’m not going to waste my time on a virtual debate. That’s not what debating’s all about,” Trump told Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo. “You sit behind a computer and do a debate…That’s ridiculous. And then they cut you off whenever they want.”

The President will hold a rally instead, according to Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien, who claimed in a statement that Trump “will have posted multiple negative tests prior to the debate.”

Hmmmm, let's see. What makes a rally preferable to a debate? I know..............the Liar-in-Chief can lie indiscriminately.......like always......and the folks in the audience who aren't adhering to safety protocols will lap it up.

"The Elections Commission without consulting the President this morning changed the format for the next debate."

WTF? The VP candidates just debated in person.

The commission didn’t cancel, covid45 did. He infected half the staff at the last one, but wants them to trust him this time lol

Trump's physicians have already given him a free bill of health. Biden's handlers know that the odds of Joe making it through a second live debate against Trump without drooling or staring off into space are stacked against them. This is to 'protect' Biden by letting him pretend to be speaking off the cuff while in reality a political expert is telling him what to say via a teleprompter. Trump will make all of that very clear to people at his rallies. He will challange coward Biden AND the leftist moderators blocking, spinning, and covering for Joe, to another real debate and then tear Biden's rehearsed excuses to shreds.

    Trump won the debate?
    :roflol::roflol::roflol:

As for the rest, there’s just too much conspiracy theory in there to wade through. Pretty much all fake and RWNJ echo chamber stuff.

    I expected more from you.

Translation: Biden's handlers know that it's very unlikely that dopped to the gils Biden can make it through another live debate after he BARELY made it though a rigged Townhall meeting this week . . . with several rest breaks during a one hour long venue. This was their best solution with the aid of the politically corrupt debate commission. Trump will tear their excuses apart during his rally and expose them for the corrupt cowards that they AND their leftist moderators have become.

Biden and his handlers chickened out via a virtual reality debate format wherein Biden can be given the answers on the fly via an off screen teleprompter. Trump just won the re-election.

It's their only way to prevent Joe Biden from being irrevokably exposed to the nation as a sufferer of dementia . . . and they know it. In a Virtual Debate Joe can be fed the answers via an off screen teleprompter and kept more or less on track.

**** him. He can lose the election all on his own and last time made that obvious.

I foresee a repeat of 1972 only on the Democrat side. I'm predicting the Fat Bronzer won't get even one State. Let's see him contest that.
