The left is committing straight up treason by trying to remove a sitting president, and that president is telling the people it's complete BS.

I think Trump won due to two main reasons. There are a bunch more, but I will focus on just two. One, Trump out worked and out campaigned Hillary Clinton. Between 1 Sep and 8 Nov Trump made 116 campaign stops/rallies to Clinton's 71. Part of that 71 included fund raisers in deep blue California and New York. On those three real close decisive states, Wisconsin, Trump made 5 stops/rallies to Clinton's none, zero, zilch. In Michigan, Trump 6 to Clinton's one. Pennsylvania it was Trump 8, Clinton 5. Even in electoral vote rich Florida, Trump out campaigned her there 13-8. Also Hillary took several days off the campaign trail, Trump none.

Number two, Sanders supporters. According to the exit polls Clinton won the Democratic base 89-8 over Trump. But she won Sanders supporters 65-22 over Trump with 13% voting third party. Sanders supporters were still angry at the DNC and Democratic state party leaders in rigging the primaries in Hillary's favor. This doesn't count how many Sanders supporters said to heck with it and stayed home.

If Sanders supporters had turned out and voted the same as the Democratic base for Hillary, 89-8 instead of 65-22 that probably would have been enough to give Hillary victories in those three decisive states. Trump won Michigan by 0.23 points, Pennsylvania 0.72 and Wisconsin 0.76. All losses were less than a single percentage point.

You figure that if the Ruskies get behind Warren that we would support her?

That's Right! Trump out-hustled her. She didn't show up on the campaign trail and when she did, she wasted what remaining time she had on the wrong states.
That's right. She robbed and cheated Bernie in a rigged primary season, they got wise to it, and they did not turn out for her in the numbers she needed them to.

Could it be that Mrs. Clinton lost the vote of young voters — who were supposed to carry her across the finish line — in states like Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan?

The Cook Political Report said they were a key component in Donald Trump’s success in breaking the blue wall.

“In Pennsylvania, Clinton badly underperformed Obama among younger voters — Obama carried them by 28 points, while Clinton won the millennial vote by 19 percent,” Amy Walter at the Cook Political Report wrote. “More important, young voters made up a smaller share of the electorate than they did in 2012 — 16 percent to 19 percent.”

In Wisconsin, the millennial vote is the story — in the fact they simply didn’t show up for Mrs. Clinton.

“In 2012, 18-29-year-olds made up 21 percent of the electorate and Obama carried them by 23 points,” Ms. Walter wrote. “In 2016, these younger voters made up just 17 percent of the electorate and Clinton won them by just 3 points.”

Michigan’s electorate very closely resembled 2012, but Mrs. Clinton didn’t win the youth or women vote by the same margins as Mr. Obama

I agree. It's important to get on message and fight fake news. There's evidence that it was Hillary and the democrats colluding with foreigners for favors and campaign cash.

The DNC never denied the eMails were theirs. Actually the wikileaks eMails did help voters make an informed decision.

Like I said, there are a lot more to it than what I said. A lot of the younger voters voted third party instead of voting for Clinton that voted for Obama. Nationally instead of 3% voting third party as in 2012, 9% voted third party in 2016. Trump and Romney received the same percentage of the younger vote, Clinton 6 points less than Obama.

My grand daughter who is going to college summed it up nicely. She was a huge Sanders supporter who decided not to vote at all. According to her last November came down to a choice between a racist Trump and Wall Street Hillary. Her words, not mine. She stayed home. Finding out the Democrats rigged the primaries was the last straw for her.

He's absolutely right. He didn't win because of Russia. He did run a very good campaign, and to his credit, he worked his ass off. He won because people believed his words, and because he was challenged by one of the least likable and electable women in the history of this country.

I watched that entire rally. Interesting that after 200 days in office he has nothing to talk about other than everything he talked about on the campaign trail in 2015 and 2016. "HILLARY!". Yeah, okay, so when he is going to demand that Sessions investigate her like he promised? "Lock her up!". Chanting sycophants who still can't get past the 2016 election either. Nobody cares about the washed up, dishonest grandmother anymore, except the Trump devotees. Hillary Clinton owns space in their heads rent free. Sad.

I guess when your Presidency is a failure, your approval rating is in the dumper, your majorities in Congress can't work with you, and your family made you look really foolish, all you have left is "HILLARY!", and it sure works with the suckers.

Yup. I saw the same thing. Even the young folks who did decide to vote for Hillary after she threw Bernie under the bus, viewed the looming voting experience like a trip to the dentist.

Trump worked hard while Hillary called her opponent and his supporters names. She ran on name calling and "I'm not him" messaging and not a lot more besides pandering to every far left group to try to make up for the white working class whom she discarded as deplorables.

What "misinformation"? Pizzagate is the only thing that comes to mind and has that been connected to Russia? The email scandal is true. The Clinton Foundation pay for play is true. Hillary Clinton pressuring women assaulted by her husband to back off is true. Benghazi happened and not because of a video.

Even if Trump went to the Russian Gov. and asked for dirt on Hillary, it doesn't matter. That isn't illegal. If he gave them information to let them into classified areas, that is illegal.

Find some evidence of a real crime which can be prosecuted and I will be 100% behind impeachment.

Yeah because no one in the Democrat party did anything to influence the election, the media wasn't in on it, and there aren't people in our government trying to pull a Venezuela.

The inside threats are a hell of a lot more dangerous than some RT Facebook post.

How many times did Trump bring up his conversation with the Prez of Mexico, who's adamant about not paying for Trump's wall? That's right, zero. ;)
