Lol. It was a phone call. Trump committed wire fraud. Georgia law requires only one party know about the recording. What you posted would apply if no one knew of the recording. Trump's attorneys know this, and they must have told him he might be recorded.

    :roflol:

    NO it ISN'T.

    Why are you spreading Misinformation?:bored:

Georgia's wiretapping law is a "one-party consent" law for purposes of making audio recordings of conversations. Georgia makes it a crime to secretly record a phone call or in-person conversation "originat[ing] in any private place" unless one party to the conversation consents. See Ga. Code §§ 16-11-62(1), 16-11-66 (link is to the entire code; you need to click through to Title 16, Chapter 11, Article 3, Part I, and then choose the specific provisions). Therefore, you may record a conversation or phone call if you are a party to the conversation or you get permission from one party to the conversation in advance

    https://www.dmlp.org/legal-guide/georgia-recording-law

Where do you even get this MISINFORMATION?

Not a good look, posting such obvious BS that can be debunked with a simple Google Search.

Any President who isn't smart enough to realize that his every word is possibly being recorded is just too stupid to stay in the White House.

That depends if Trump called him from Mira-Lago. Florida is a 2 party verification state.

You changed your story from GA to FL. You've proven nothing. What's been proven is GA is a one party state.

You seem to be for some reason making a special exception that only 16-11-62 applies even when 16-11-66 explicitly states that GA is a 1 party consent state, and that 16-11-62 does not forbid a person from recording their own conversations:

SOS is party to the communication. Hence he is allowed to record it.

Giving yourself permission to record a private conversation with an unsuspecting person will never fly in court.

Given that the statute literally says right in black and white that you can do just that, then yes it certainly will.

I checked. It was a legal release because the governor who released it was in the conversation. Georgia is a one party consent to record state - nor has to divulge doing so. Florida is an all-parties consent state - everyone has to know they are being audio recorded and consent.

If the call originated in Florida, then Florida laws would be controlling. It's why customer service calls all give the recording warning. The Governor had the right to record it, but release it?

One party agreement allows for recording the conversation, not for making it public.

IF you are referring to the Raffensperger Call:

    It Originated in DC.
You must have not gotten that memo?
Everybody Knows that it was made from the White House

DC is Also a One-Party Consent Jurisdiction.

Federal Law is also One-Party Consent.

Yet another "talking point" Thoroughly Dismantled.:bored:

NOBODY Could be that Misguided about Well-Known Facts...

Your "question" is the equivalent of asking me for "proof" of 2+2=4

You "read" it was made from Mar-a-lago?

    Where did you read that?

    On a Bigfoot site?

Everyone Knows that it was made from the White House.

That is as Well-Known as 2+2=4.

What are you even talking about?

    Fake News.

The Fake News Washington Post finally admits to publishing a report falsely accusing Trump of pressuring a Georgia official to 'find the fraud,' - a statement which was debunked by audio of the call, but not before it spread through left-wing MSM echo chambers like wildfire and has been repeated by a million left-wing parrots.

    Trump issues response:

    Such frauds.
