All religious people should vote straight Republican in every election for every office as if their lives and that of their family depend on Democrats NEVER gaining control of government again.

Are you sure? I just watched the video again and the first question was about the woman doctor. Her second question seemed like it was going to be about something the president said last week.

Related to hydroxychloriquine. Not to mention that we needed to know how much of a crackpot this doctor is, because our president believes her crazy claims about that. Not to mention demon sperm, etc. She was just trying to get to the truth one way or another, a nearly impossible job with Trump.

How did you get that? From that short statement before she was cut off I assumed her next question was going to be related to mask. If she thought she was only trying to get to the truth then she must then very highly of herself or that her colleges are incompetent. There were other reporters in the room patiently waiting to ask their questions too. This was a press conference, she took her turn and the president moved on. It was not a personal interview.

It's an astroturf group of doctors who don't even specialize in epidemiology, at least one of whom is a complete nutball and has been rightfully called out for being one. No, fake race baiting isn't going to change these facts. No one is mocking her for her race or accent. People are mocking her for her false statements regarding medicine.

The best studies we have on HCQ so far do not show it to have a significant effect on COVID. If you are going to pretend to care about what doctors have to say, then care about what the vast majority of experts in the field have to say. That would require setting aside the fake race baiting and desperate attempts to politicize the virus for a minute or two.

Meanwhile, we already KNOW that HCQ is effective at treating other diseases, and the people suffering from those diseases have plenty "to lose" when scientifically illiterate nonsense causes a shortage of their treatment.

She took her turn, Trump cut her off and didn't answer her question, so she tried to reframe it.

Sorry, but you can't make Trump the good guy here. He's a rude pig of a man and always has been. He doesn't deserve your loyalty.

I have no loyalty to a politician. I vote based on policies and actions. I supported Trump in 2016 and I probably won't in 2020 but it wouldn't be because he is rude. It would be due to his failure to execute the policies he promised.

Did you catch the part of the last 5 months when the politicians and medical scientists around the world lied about the value of masks, claiming they did no good. Why? Supposedly to preserve the inventory that China monopolized before telling anyone COVID was a problem.

Do you think people who lied so readily once would be above lying twice? Three times? Democrats have an election to win if they hope to convert the US into a loser like Venezuela, the only path for them to return to power permanently and declare 2020 the year of the last US election. They will do anything, including sponsoring riots to spike COVID infections and deaths.

Fake response. I'm relying on what the experts have to say based on the best testing we have available -- double blind tests with a placebo. By the way, my wife has a PhD in Biology, focusing on infectious diseases, and backs me up on this. Why does scientific literacy trigger you?

Where were you when the Clinton News Network blathered about inventory of HCQ?

Hydroxychloroquine: US stockpile stuck with 63 million doses of the drug
By Elizabeth Cohen and Wesley Bruer, CNN 6/18/2020
The federal government is stuck with 63 million doses of hydroxychloroquine now that the US Food and Drug Administration has revoked permission for the drug to be distributed to treat coronavirus patients.

The government started stockpiling donated hydroxychloroquine in late March, after President Trump touted it as "very encouraging" and "very powerful" and a "game-changer."

But Monday, the FDA revoked its emergency use authorization to use the drug to treat Covid-19, saying there was "no reason to believe" the drug was effective against the virus, and that it increased the risk of side effects, including heart problems.

That leaves the Strategic National Stockpile with 63 million doses of hydroxychloroquine, plus another 2 million doses of chloroquine, a related drug donated by Bayer, according to Carol Danko, a spokesperson for the US Department of Health and Human Services.

Many public health experts point to all of this as an unfortunate chapter in the history of the pandemic thus far.

"Nationally, we put a great emphasis on one drug, hydroxychloroquine," said David Holtgrave, the dean of the School of Public Health at the University at Albany, who co-authored a study of the drug as a treatment for coronavirus. "I worry that history will judge this as having over-invested in one treatment pathway as opposed to looking more broadly at a larger number of treatment candidates."

Before the FDA revoked its authorization, the stockpile had already distributed 31 million doses. Novartis and Mylan donated doses of the drug to the stockpile.

None of this actually addresses what I've said. Why won't you address what I said? I mean, we all know why, but I though I'd ask anyway.

Hint: try focusing on actual, double blind studies with placebo control. I understand you feel like you have to promote this drug because of Trump, but there are actual, scientific reasons why scientifically literate doctors are not promoting it.

I know someone who knows a guy who said Hydroxychloroquine works as a prophylaxis for COVID.
Fauci can't be believed. He's invested in the high cost solutions. BTW. He funded the Wuhan disaster through a grant to EcoHealth Alliance. Look it up on the US Spending website. He started in May 2014 when he was apparently told that funding for his virus research would no longer be funded after FY2014 that ended October 1, 2014.

Ask a scientifically literate person why they don't rely on anecdotes alone. Should be a short conversation. Wonder why you haven't ever had it before.

    Fake response.

Another fake response. Take off the tinfoil hat. Rejoin reality.

I don't have to promote anything. I can simply observe how Democrats and their acolytes would kill people if it meant a Trump defeat in November. Once that is clear, all that's left is circumstantial evidence. The evidence is that people who take the HCQ regimen for Malaria do not get COVID. Millions of Africans didn't get sick during this pandemic. Why is most of Africa immune?

Fake news and paranoid conspiracy theory.

All you ever had was flimsy, fake, circumstantial "evidence."

Double blind, placebo controlled studies (i.e., the best science) disagrees with you. Why do you value your politics over the facts?

?Why does the science refute your tinfoil hat conspiracy theories?

I maintain - that happens all the time. And if he'd been answering a lot of questions in previous 'briefings', then you may have a point. But his average is six questions - hardly a briefing. And if he can't take reporters calling out follow ups, he shouldn't be holding them at all.

So HCD is available over-the-counter in Iran and many countries; can't be very dangerous after 65 years of widespread use.

Watch it before the political and silticon valley powers that be censor it.

Rude behavior in the past is not justification of more in the future. I think it is his decision to make whether he thought the reporter crossed the line or not. If he wants to change the paradigm of how press conferences are conducted I have no issues with that. Press conference rules are not laws. He does not need a vote of 2/3 of congress to change the rules. If you wish to hold a press conference you can make up your own rules of conduct too. Those reporters that cannot adjust to the new paradigm should find other things to report on.

Start at 1:20. I don't see her being rude. Not at all. So I see no need to 'change' rules. And I also saw no reason for him to walk out, except that he was hearing about this woman's crazy ideas for the first time and couldn't respond.

There are no such studies that included HCQ and Zinc and Azithromycin for cases caught early. If you have one post a link to it. In the meantime, this presentation of the data says it all.

That video is similar to the one posted by the op. It has a longer lead in and does not have the CNN discussion with the reporter after. Again he did not walk out after the statement about the woman doctor. He answered the question/statements and then moved on. You may not like his answer but that would be a point of a different debate. At that point he had pointed at a reporter named Paul and told him to go ahead with his question. The CNN reporter continued to talk like she was entitled to more of the president's time. That is not her call to make. She should have politely let the other reporter ask his question instead of interrupting. The president did not like her conduct and politely ended the press conference. Even at that point you can still hear her shouting her question and talking above everyone like it was her call when the press conference ends. You may not see a need to 'Change the Rules" but the president did and it is his choice to make. Now the CNN reporter can stamp her feet and pout and demand things change back to the way it was or accept this new paradigm shift and work within it and ask her question when called upon and respectfully allow her colleges to do the same when it is their turn.

That can be said for all people who value Liberty. Democrats have made it very clear that they don't think they should have to run for office. Like Mao, Stalin, the Castro brothers, and Maduro who came before them, Democrats think they deserve power and will stop at nothing to keep it.
