LOL. Now that's funny. But, you're right, Hillary deleted 30,000 of them immediately to save her ass so she didn't have them for a year and a half.

Just one more example of the movement to get Trump in any way that is physically possible.

I thought I saw one of the documents on eBay in late July. That must have presented an urgency for the FBI.

Deleting emails, not original classified docs.

You linked to a "Memorandum of a Telephone Conversation", compiled from the notes of various people who listened to the call, not a verbatim transcript. No one has seen an actual verbatim transcript.

It's not that difficult. First of all you completely sweep under the rug the fact that Trump, when asked, voluntarily and willingly returned 15 boxes of documents that he (and staff and attorneys) determined were likely inadvertently and wrongfully removed from the government (Archivist). If the Archivist or the DOJ thought he missed some they should have returned and asked to review them -- which they did. If DOJ was not satisfied with their discussions and strongly felt that Trump was withholding stuff they should have immediately got a search warrant and showed up at Mar-a-Lago with a few agents at a reasonable time, knocked on the door, served the warrant, entered the facility and conducted their search with the lawyers and staff present -- all of which would have been routine but not in the least the way it went down.

There is one logical and obvious explanation. The DOJ did not really care about some documents that the former president maybe should have left or returned to the Archivist. They wanted anything and everything they could use as part of the overall get Trump at any cost and in any way effort. You do know that Trump can declassify anything (from his administration) by simply opening his mouth??

Megyn Kelly seems to have made the same point on Tik Tok. I agree very much with both.

    Here's the proof.
"The minute the president speaks about it to someone, he has the ability to declassify anything at any time without any process"

    .
Hopefully, the FBI won't find the one needle in the haystack, an email, that can tie Trump to a 1/6 conspiracy to defraud the government.

Yes, Trump is no saint, nobody is.

Considering that the election was stolen by Deep State Players, for lack of a better term, it seems the fraud was committed by those now harassing him, but there is no honest court in the land it appears.

Don't be so sanguine. Remember the French priest who centuries ago famously said, "Give me one full paragraph of the most learned man and I will find in there enough to hang him." Or as a former CEO of Avis once said, "The things that will kill you in an anti-trust suit is not the planning and strategy discussions and records; it's all that stuff in your secretary's file cabinets. Or as Beria told Stalin, "Show me the man and I will get you the crime."

They still have to have a case they KNOW they can win before they decide to indict. If they can't come up with a convincing case, the DOJ's sycophants will drag this out and say he betrayed the country :blahblah::blahblah::blahblah: as we head toward the presidential elections.

    Why were the documents there?
    Why weren't they secured?
Why did his lawyer sign a document saying that all sensative documents had been removed when they had not?
Why weren't they made available when they were repeatedly requested?

You do as many do, shift the blame. These are all questions that can easily be answered.
There may be logical explinations for all of them. Why are they being avoided?

Government officials, especially former presidents, retain documents by the boxes when they leave office
Most likely because the staff and lawyers didn't think they needed to be any more secure than they were.
Because they obviously thought that all the relevant sensitive documents had been removed. DUH!
Because they did not believe that the request was warranted.

Yeah, they were selectively trying to "get him" for stealing and refusing to return top secret and TSCI documents. *rolling eyes*
