Molly certainly has changed her tune though, from being Trump's assistant in the White House she sure suffered from memory loss during her J6 testimony and must have said "I don't recall " 500 x.

When it came to MaL, the FBI and classified documents she obviously decided not to go down for Trump with the likes of Walt and Carlos.

Michaels was in the thick of things in the WH and J6,then the aftermath and went on to Florida with Trump.
She did get away with playing stupid before the J6 committee making sure to not incriminate Trump at all.

I really don't understand the Republican party. There was once a time that the party believed in America and our form of government.

You nailed it. There is no real R party anymore. Trump has torn it apart and literally destroyed the values it used to hold . It is a tragedy as it did have some good and constructive elements. They now carry a strong authoritarian bent to them.
