…The disaster that is the Biden Administration has been a godsend for Trump. Had President Joe Biden simply plagiarized the successful Trump agenda, there would have followed no border disaster, no energy crisis, no hyperinflation, and no disastrous flight from Afghanistan.

Had Biden followed through on his “unity” rhetoric, he could have lorded over Trump’s successful record as his own, while contrasting his Uncle-Joe ecumenicalism with supposed Trump’s polarization.

Of course, serious people knew from the start that was utterly impossible. A cognitively challenged Biden was a captive of ideologues. Thus, he was bound to pursue an extremist agenda that could only end as it now has — in disaster and record low polls.

Still, how ironic that the Biden catastrophe revived a Trump candidacy. Biden likely will cause the Democrats to lose Congress. His pick of a dismal Kamala Harris as vice president has likely ensured, for now, fewer viable Democratic presidential candidates in 2024…

All Republican candidates will run on secure borders, energy independence, deregulation, Jacksonian foreign policy, a populist, middle-class, nationalism, and deterrence against China — albeit with much-needed new emphasis on destructive deficit spending….

Trump was a great American President. Will he run again? That is the issue of the day. To me, it doesn’t matter that much. Either he runs again or one whom he is comfortable with and endorses will. I want him to run just for revenge against Hillary and Biden supporters. On the other hand De Santis, Tim Scott, Kristi Noem, Ben Carson, Mike Pompeo all would be great choices.

You misunderstand the hatred for Trump even among the GOP. So called (and not) conservatives in the GOP hate the conservative Trump because Trump is conservative, for example.

Side note: Realize that nouns and adjectives have different meanings.
The adjective conservative is to introduce someone who acts conservatively while the noun conservative can introduce anyone whether they act conservatively or not (like George Will, George Bush or Liz Cheney).
Just like the noun Black Lives Matter can introduce anyone whether they care about black lives or not (in the case of BLM they don't care about black lives but rather, socialist lives).

What color is the sky on your world? With the exception of the judiciary - for which I'm happy to give Trump credit - there isn't anything he did that wasn't nuked by Dementia Joe in his 1st week. DD never had the balls or the discipline to get policies implemented legislatively - which would have set them in stone - when he had both houses of Congress. Instead it was executive orders: all of them eradicated by rapid strokes of the same pen once they woke DJ up from his nap. If you think that = an institutionalized legacy, I have a bridge to sell you.

What "successful tRump agenda"? The border situation was because of tRump's "push it down the road" policy, he did nothing for energy as far as I can tell, the inflation is as much his responsibility as Biden's (which is admittedly not much because it's a worldwide phenomenon) and the Afghanistan thing was set up by tRump who for some reason negotiated with the enemy instead of the government we spent two decades, billions of dollars, and thousands of American lives setting up.

REpublicans rebuffed any outreach starting even before the inauguration. But, sure. Let's blame that on Biden.
