Where in the world did you drum up Trump is "squeaky clean"? His whole MO is breaching our laws (ie. taxes, real estate, housing, employment, schooling, charities, fundraising, etc.). It would be harder to find a law he did NOT break but let's give a pass on sedition for argument sake.

Trump has been investigated numerous times, very thoroughly, not one conviction on anything, hence squeaky clean. They continue trying due to TDS. still nodda. But, the witch hunts continue.

That's untrue. As recently as last month Ivanka lied under oath about their misuse of inauguration funds. Here are a few of them but he has a long, long history of scamming or cheating people and bullying them through long court processes.

There are no convictions. A lot of people settle out of court on matters and agree to pay. He hasn't been convicted of one thing. Ivanka hasn't been convicted of one thing. Accusations and charges are not convictions and agreements to pay sums of money are not convictions.

We aren't talking about convictions. We were discussing him being "squeaky clean". He is not.

Maybe these law abiding investigation machines should form a committee and investigate what the hell people sent them to Washington to do and what their actual jobs are? The Democratic Party has become The Federal Bureau of Investigation. No need to have a valid charge or prove anything, just keep the headlines coming. Viva la perpetual election cycle.

Investigating leaks. Tell me, who is more likely to leak information on a political opponent? Is a Republican more likely to leak information on another Republican? Or is a Democrat? And visa versa. So yeah, when conducting a leak investigation in which the information being leaked is against a Republican I would imagine that more Democrats are targeted than Republicans. And visa versa. That's not politicization. That's following common sense.

There is another thread about Trumps taxes being released to Congress and EVERYONE expects those to be leaked to the "Press". Its not a matter of "if" they will be leaked, like it should be. Its a matter of "when" they will be leaked. Congress is well known as being horrible at keeping secrets when there's a chance that it will damage the opposition. Indeed I'd bet that their success rate of keeping such a secret is about .01%. And that is being generous. I'd imagine that the only time such secrets are kept secret is when there's a chance that it would damage the leakers side also.

Frankly if it were up to me I'd have a law that would require every single person in a political position be recorded 24/7. Any information involving security, foreign affairs, or military be kept secret and everything else released to the public. And those things falling under security, foreign affairs, and military be examined by two separate independent entities. Anything done that would break one of our laws as determined by a panel of judges which consists of 2 conservative judges, 2 liberal judges, 1 independent judge is released to the Public. With two independent agencies overseeing them also.

Joe Biden has nationalized private rental property ownership while publicly acknowledging that doing so violates the Constitution.

Meanwhile, Democrat voters: "Trump abused power."

    Welcome to Clownworld.

Did the courts decide that the moratorium on evictions by the CDC was unconstitutional during Trump's time in office? Or was it decided during Biden's time in office?

So, you freely admit that even though Trump is gone and is no longer president, you still can't stop obsessing over everything Trump?

If they stop obsessing about Trump, they might actually have to acknowledge the unfolding disaster that is Biden.

Hating on Trump is their happy place, and their security blanket right now.

Only because it was supposed to expire in only one month at the time of the ruling.

    But that was then.

Since June it has since been extended 3 times.

They know it's unconstitutional but they're just trying to avoid the issue and dance around it.

maybe, but it's a republican supreme court, why would they choose to let a unconstitutional order stand

were they just not allowed to disagree with a Trump order, did they have to take a loyalty test?
