    CHAMPAGNE ANYONE?

The Naked Truth about Donald Dork in the Offal-office: Decade in the Red: Trump Tax Figures Show Over $1 Billion in Business Losses

    Excerpt:
This is the second-time I've posted an excerpt of this article. It's well worth the read. Whyzzat?

    Because, Trump's placements on the Supreme Court have "paid-off". That is, they are blocking any public review of his Tax Returns before the coming election. He's probably celebrated that decision with Champagne;

So the above is actually "public" and it is about all that you can read today regarding his finances ...

They have already been "seen". Just not publicly.

Anyway, on another somewhat related subject - the make-up of the Supreme Court.

Here from the NYT, surely DD's favorite NYC newspaper: Supreme Court Rules Trump Cannot Block Release of Financial Records

    Except:
So, that's a nice piece of CoverYourA__ work from the Supreme Court, which he has very largely influenced by his nominations.

Perhaps he saw all this s**t coming? How prescient can a guy get ... ?!?

all it takes is a Congress thinking there is a conflict of interest for them to get access to them, and there is plenty of reason to do that

most Presidents release them to avoid any suspicions of conflict of interest... Trump is hiding something or he would release them

All congress has done is chase Trump since he was elected. They've not done anything for anyone and they should all be tried and locked away.

I stand by my statement, not one member of this forum has ever looked at any candidates tax returns and never will, unless that person is Trump and even then you will only go by what that guy Rachel Maddow tells you.

I think it's funny that they think they will find something the IRS missed the last 40 years.

I was going to vote for Biden, but I saw a Trump ad that informed me that if Biden is elected and I need the police, it will go something like this. "For rape press one, for murder press two, for home invasion press three. Your current wait time is five days." I certainly don't want that so I guess I better vote for Trump. Then Trump says I'm Donald Trump and I approve this message. Of course you do because you are a Moron just like the people who will be influenced by this ad to vote for you. With regard to taxes if there is no there why why is Trump fighting so hard to keep his returns secret?

What the hell are you talking about?

Probably because he is not worth as much as he claims.

So the basic answer is you are blind and narrow minded and if someone isn't lock-step with your views, then you must block it out. And just FYI, what I stand for is independent thinking... I've voted third party pretty much my whole life.

I'm just banging my head on the wall here I know, but what you want to see, is not on the tax returns, and will not show you anything he has done, good or bad. My tax returns don't show anything I've done, good or bad.

Trump's financial disclosure is what you want to see, and it's been made public every year he's been in office.

Has he specified his tax rate? I don't recall seeing it.

There are any number of things that Trump has BS'ed his way through, but since I knew that about him long before he was even running for POTUS, that comes as no surprise.

And where has voting third party gotten you? What have you accomplished, besides nothing?

If you want to be complicit to the duopoly, where voting for the lesser of evils is all it is, have at it. I support the idea that we should not be limited to voting for two sides of the same coin, with the same results, time and time again. Both parties effectively quash anyone who might threaten their power hold, and they just can't have that.

It's not the best thing for our country, nor our citizens. I vote for who I feel will benefit this country the most.

Previous Presidents voluntarily supplied tax returns. They were not, and are not required to be supplied.

If there were something to be found of questionable nature in Trump's tax returns, the IRS would have pounced, and I do mean pounced, on it.

Since they have become the subject of a subpoena, 'you' won't get to see them. I'm sure you will continue to live your life to the fullest without them.

the IRS can only go on what they know, if Trump's tax returns are public, the missing pieces can be filled in
